Ive grown up in a family where most of the members' income was from business. i come from alappuzha where a large proportion of the coir products circulating in this world, come from. and my family , one among the coir manufacture in that area showed me how fascinating the business world is. So from my really early age itself i had a dream of studing business but wasnt that serious about. As a school child,i was always really determined on my decisons and If i really really need something,my mind itself turn that need as a necessity. I will give my 100% to what iam doing. I was an average student during my school period.Outstanding grades never felt attractive to me as of then, nothing below a B grade was enough to satify my parents and that was enough for my survival then ,But the fame and recognistion after getting A1 for all subjects ,as a kid really felt enchanted. That desire in me made me work harder and got me out of my comfort zone and made me achieve it. Even in college i never compromised on my academics and unlike school days, i never shyed out from extra curriculer activities . I was an active member of college programme committee , headed depatment programme committee and headed final year college group project. During my college final years i statrted realising the role, a good B school plays in devoloping once's career. Even though i did managed to score a good score in an entrance exam ,getting into atleast of a top 20 Bschool in the country was always on my mind , so i believed in myself, decided to drop an year and aim for what i really needed; which made me believe in the power of perseverance and made me a lot more patient. By being one amomg the most premier and trusted management institutions in the country, IMT was always on my top list as i believe the exposure i shall get from the place will help me to add more skills in myself and for becoming a valuable asset for my organization.
