If you as a customer pay a deposit and you agree to pay the balance at least 24 hours prior to the time when the order is due; and thereafter do not pay in accordance to the stated term, we have a right to hold on or delay the delivery of the work order.

If you delay giving us required information, the delivery of completed work will be delayed and in such cases policy of completion of work on time will not apply and we will not be responsible for any losses. In case the experts need confirmation or any particular detail about the work order, we would be contacting you by using the email address or phone number given to us and we would consider the reply/instruction received generated from you.
The customer/user agrees not to share the details provided by us at any stage of our dealings with him or her with any third party.
We agree not to share any personal information and details provided to us by the customer/user other than as required to do so by law or lawful authority.
If the user/customer is unsatisfied with the work and believes that their instructions/specifications were not followed, the user/customer can request us to rework on the order. Such rework, amendment will be done free of charge by the experts if the request is made within the 7 day window post the delivery of initial order. Reworking or amendment of the work will have a new delivery deadline. In case of any confusion or dispute between the expert and user/customer, our quality control team will assess the conflict and their decision will be final.
If a request for rework or amendment is made after 7 days of the delivery of completed work order, a new quote will be sent and the rework or amendment will not be free of charge.
