Systems Biology and Biotechnology Specialization Certificate Course

Enroll in the Systems Biology and Biotechnology Specialization Program to learn about techniques of biotechnology.

Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai

Course Overview

The system biology course specialization has the major concepts related to the methodologies used in the analysis of biomedical systems. Successful learners from the course will be able to learn the usage of experimental, computational, and mathematical methods that are used in system biology. They will also learn about designing the practical system-level framework, which will address the actions of the biomedical levels in all fields. The course is about the methods of processing data of raw from the genome wide mRNA expression studies. This also includes data normalization, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and network construction. It is the most appropriate course for beginning graduates and advanced graduates.
